The New Plaza Towers

The new Plaza Towers is very similar to the original but now features a new and more beautiful exterior. The building includes The Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, which occupies floors 1 through 7. The apartments, occupying floors 8 through 14, are operated by a local real estate developer. Plaza Towers Condominiums are located on floors 15 through 32. In addition, there is an attached, covered 4-level parking structure and several retail businesses.
