Each of the merchants below has offered special discounts available only to our Condominium owners. To enjoy these benefits, our residents simply show their Plaza Towers Partnership Card.

A fine dining restaurant offering a variety of prime aged steaks, seafood and signature plates.

PERK: 25% off the dinner check Mon thru Thurs; max $25 and an 18% gratuity.

The B.O.B.

The B.O.B. - an acronym for Big Old Building houses several restaurants, a cigar lounge, a microbrewery, banquet rooms, a comedy club, a dance club, a billiards hall, live jazz and a wine cellar.

PERK: 30% off food on Mon; 20% off food on Tues; Instant free admission for cardholder and one guest (Not valid with other discounts, holidays or special events and only with a separately issued BOB discount card)

Bistro Bella Vita

Bistro´s specialty is truly fresh, natural Mediterranean cuisine made from scratch daily with as many local ingredients as possible.

PERK: The four course "Chef´s Tasting Menu" Sunday through Tuesday for lunch and dinner $25 for the food courses and $10 for the wine courses (a savings of $7-10).

Z's Bar & Restaurant

Located in the heart of downtown, Z's Grille and Bar is the perfect spot for a pre-event dinner or latenight snack after a night on the town.

PERK: 20% discount on Sun and Mon anytime, limit 2 people, maximum discount $10 per visit and an 18% gratuity will be added before the discount

Bar Divani

Grand Rapids' premier wine bar also offering a variety of gourmet dishes.

San Chez Cafe

San Chez Cafe is on the other side of San Chez Bistro, downtown GR. Take a break from fast food with breakfast made with the finest local ingredients, prepared to order seven days a week. Tanaz Day Salon offers for Plaza Tower residents is 20% off men's and women's haircuts. Tanaz Day Salon is located in the McKay Tower, just a block away. Call (616) 459-0454 for an appointment.

Blue Plate

Plaza Towers Condominium residents receive 20% off their entire bill, including alcohol. They must have their Condo Partnership Program Card to receive the discount and an 18% gratuity will be added to the bill prior to the discount. Maximum of 4 guests, per card, per visit and must be on one bill. The resident's signature is required on their bill, whether they are paying with cash or credit. Room service deliveries offer the same 20% discount; an 18% gratuity will be added. Call in the order, give their address and the delivery person brings it right to their door. They have 'To Go Menus' available.
