Condominium Amenities

Exercise room

The condominiums maintain their own exercise facility located on the 1st floor. The exercise facility has state-of-the-art equipment including 2 treadmills, a Stairmaster, an Elliptical trainer, cycle and a multi-station universal gym. There is also a complete set of free-weights, a TV and a great sound system.

Storage

Each condominium is assigned a locking storage space in the basement. The storage room is locked and accessible only with the owner’s electronic access card and key.

Campau Room

Located on the 1st floor, just off the lobby entrance, is the Campau Room. The Campau Room is available to condominium owners for parties and gatherings. It features a full kitchen, 8 dining tables with chairs, several counter stools and a cozy seating area. The entertainment center features a TV and audio system.

Private Indoor parking

Each condominium owner is assigned parking spaces in the attached parking structure. The parking structure is gated and patrolled by security. Owner access is by electronic access card.
